I noticed that I didn't get tagged this month or last month. I went to the website and got a “Something went wrong” message. I found my most recent payment email and clicked on the “access your account” button and got the same thing. It's their problem now. They have my correct email address. They can ping me if and when they get their shit together. I checked the regular hospital website and went to the pay my bill thing and got a $0.00 current balance.
