So Jay is a bit freaked out by “a date.”  At least the next story line is what happens next, not some random video game thing.

I like how Elliot is a bit weird about “They made those two extra sexy together.”

Talk about NOT giving spoilers.

Arrugh!  The Hero Journey!  I had an English teacher who spent far too much time talking about that.  I still twitch when it gets brought up.

Susan needs to talk to Jay soon.  Of course Jay already knows that Susan wears a mask on her show, so there is that.

The question is, “Is strawman Tedd transformed, or did Elliot get transformed?”  This leads to the 2nd question, “Can Elliot transform into masc forms now?”

Ah, the old problem of showing your best side to your new girlfriend.

Now I want to see some calls being handled by Bubbles.

This does raise the question of who certifies a monster hunter.  Also, given that there most likely isn't a cash bounty on monsters, she needs a day job to pay the bills. Working at DGB, even if not an agent, provides her with access to information about where monsters are being a problem so she can go out and deal with them.

I wonder who her off-screen boss is.  Doesn't seem like Arthur's style. It might be an agent we haven't seen.  Or Knight, who appears to be excitable.

I seem to recall a strip about Cheerleadera needing to wear shorts early on in her career, so there was a time when her flight might have been illegal.

Are Pirate Ghosts a common phenomena? Or does Serena have some psychic/magic ability to sense things the people she's talking to know but haven't told her?

Either way, I appreciate the call-back to one of my favorite early NP storylines. (Now if only we'd have a return to that AU one of these days...)

This comic about sums up my contributions to the forum the past six or seven months...

New storyline: Paranormal Helpline

And we have a name for the DGB receptionist we saw a little while back: Serena. I like her attitude.
