1 pointI just finished a meal of roast beef (made via the 500 degree method), rice and mushroom gravy. The magic rice machine made perfect rice and kept it warm until the roast was done (I started the rice a bit early, my bad). The gravy was the weak spot in the meal as it was generic brown gravy with mushrooms added, but for that it wasn't bad. I'm going to go lay down as I feel a food coma coming on.

I strongly suspect that Explorer's needy/clingy was weather related. The current front has passed and she's no where near as clingy as she was yesterday or the day before. Not exactly stand-offish, but not in my face all the time either. She was in the cat cave most of the afternoon and is at my side now. -

My first Derivations disc has been delivered to its new owner, according to the United States Postal Service. Someone offered an outrageous sum (I won't say how much, but it's more than $199.99) for the "honor" of receiving the first disc shipped. How could I turn that down? I autographed it for him and gave him said "honor," plus I shipped it before the official shipping date. I hope he's not disappointed. -
