It's the fact that Rhoda not only got a "but she's a girl!" reaction when she asked Diane if she liked Nanase. She also saw how Diane treated Justin being gay. It's like Diane was always being nice to Rhoda and protecting her, but there was that layer of intolerance that kept Rhoda afraid of losing Diane if she found out Rhoda liked girls.

Apparently it does need to be reminded that Sarah is smoking hot too.

Rhoda: "Is everything ok?"
Diane: "Yeah. Hey, why don't we go on a double date, just Lucy, me, you, and you can finally introduce us to this Catalina girl of yours."
Rhoda: "Sure!!....Wait what?!?"

If Dan wasn't avoiding doing non-canon things with Pandora until she shows up again in the story, the climax of this arc would be a great time for her to make a cameo!

Crap, I just realized that Dan missed an opportunity to do a callback to the "Claire" secret identity Grace had, though I know Dan was going for the "painfully obvious" gag here so I guess he gets a pass.

More like he's figured it out from Grace. There can probably only be one person that Justin knows that fits the description. Ellen figured it out and heck, Elliot hasn't actually met Rhoda and figured out she was Catalina's girlfriend. Susan was of course the first to find out cus she learned it from the source despite attempts to keep it secret, and it's probably because of why Catalina wanted it kept secret that Susan would have likely felt that it'd be wrong to tell others especially considering what Justin had told her.
It's possible that everyone (even Diane, the person Rhoda most wanted to not find out about her liking girls)figured it out on their own because both Catalina and Rhoda were bad at hiding their relationship.

Lucy's telling herself that it's too late and to just give up, but maybe she'll make one last ditch effort to finally tell Diane how she feels? I dunno if Diane will be able to return those feelings though, worst case scenario is it ends like Justin and Melissa, with them parting ways, or they actually talk about it and they remain friends like Elliot and Sarah.
 
Lucy's issue is that she got caught up on hoping that one day Diane would have the same feelings for her despite holding in her feelings for Diane which started when she denied repeating the "I wish you were a boy" comment. Diane had pretty much held onto the whole idea of finding the right guy that she could have a family with and while her methods of doing have certainly not had the result she was hoping for, that was her goal. You could say that Lucy using the dates to be close to Diane in the hopes that something more could develop might be selfish, but love is illogical and Lucy fell into the same trap with Diane that Justin did with Elliot, only it evolved into being more like George was to Justin, even Lucy becoming nicer to Rhoda later is a lot like how George changed his attitude towards Elliot after Justin said Elliot wasn't his boyfriend.

The "hair" are his antennae tied back to look like hair, they are prehensile like Grace's as we see here. So I'd think it's very much possible for Noah to wag like that.

Now I'm feeling bad about Lucy. She was once just like Rhoda, insecure about herself and how people treated her, then Diane came in and helped boost her confidence.
Now Diane's behaving like Lucy once did and that's whats got Lucy mad, she's seeing the person who helped her feel better about herself crumble in front of her.
