Welcome! 03/05/2016
Welcome, everyone, to the new 910CMX Community Forums. I'm still working on getting them running, so things may change. If you're a 910 Comic creator and need your forum recreated, let me know and I'll get on it right away. I'll do my best to make this new place as fun as the last one!

*sets up solar panels around the Professor's head, to collect the energy*

I'm one of the "over 40s" (47, for those wondering).

He was probably too distracted.

Buying a new phone - which turns out to be an utter utter POS. Unpack the nice shiny new phone. Manage to (eventually) pry the back off to insert the battery and SIM card. The phone has two SIM slots. The SIM card I have won't go into either one, no way, nohow. Turn the phone on anyway, and attempt to set the local time and date. Adelaide - no, it doesn't know about any time zone for Adelaide (Australian Central Time - GMT+9:30). According to this thing claiming to be a phone, there is only one time zone (and one city) in Australia - Sydney, which is half an hour wrong for us. Turn the thing off, and try to remove the battery - bloody thing fights me even then. Eventually get the battery out, and pack everything away in the box. I'm taking it back to the store, and getting a refund.

No, the forum just crashed is all. As in, the server physically fell over. Thom had to rebuild everything from the ground up.

Odd clones aren't that unusual around here.

Most of my day.

Keri gave the inquiring person a friendly smile. "I don't believe so, although there are a few stories in my family that suggest we might have a distant connection way back."

A cream-furred catgirl, dressed in a white coat, pokes her head into the thread. "Did someone call for a cat doctor?"
-
((*applauds*)) An orange-furred anthro cat walked in, stepping out of a ripple in the air that momentarily took the place of the front door. She stood about 5'6", and was dressed in a belt with a pouch attached, and sandals. A pendant around her neck bore the name "Keri" picked out in tiny gems. She looked around, and smiled. "Lovely, Just like I remember it." She took a seat at a nearby table, and ordered an omelette. ((This is a character who made her debut in the Mayhem version of the Waffle House. Keri practically inhabited the place during its run.))

Are you sure you're not thinking of Jenny Everywhere?

Home-made lasagna (made it myself, about a week ago). Very pleased to find it still good after a week in the fridge.

Or the fear of pantomime.

"There Should Have Been Only One." It was like the writers had never seen the original, but had it described to them in a noisy room. And were told, "Put in aliens".

He might jump to the conclusion that she's a furry.

I think Ellen looks more like Scootaloo...
-
I expect they didn't really see her as a person, much less as a "young girl".
