Welcome! 03/05/2016
Welcome, everyone, to the new 910CMX Community Forums. I'm still working on getting them running, so things may change. If you're a 910 Comic creator and need your forum recreated, let me know and I'll get on it right away. I'll do my best to make this new place as fun as the last one!

http://egscomics.com/egsnp/nanasecraft-39 ... so they don't need to make their original forms manually one attribute after other? Easier puzzle than I expected.

http://egscomics.com/egsnp/nanasecraft-34 Those maid outfits (in addition to the cavewoman outfits) almost makes not seeing what they're really wearing worth it for me. (I'm still anxious for the British CGI dude to be sacked, though.)

http://egscomics.com/egsnp/nanasecraft-29 Do we have enough cookies for everyone who predicted this?

http://egscomics.com/egsnp/nanasecraft-30 And while Sarah likely can get her clothes back on, Nanase's 1 clothing transformation away from having to finish this temple naked, unless Sarah does have an extra shirt or something Nanase can wear. Either that or the next room is the one with the artifact.

http://egscomics.com/sketchbook/2018-046 I kinda thought this might wind up as a sketchbook entry. Of course, since I mentioned the pateron version in the thread for the corresponding NP strip, now we don't have anything to talk about in this thread. (Or do we? Feel free to prove me wrong here, everyone.)

http://egscomics.com/comic/tsos-16 Yay for starburst background in panel one! ...So now I'm starting to think maybe no one will see Grace using her powers; in fact maybe this little sequence exists entirely to explain this aspect of Grace's powers. It wouldn't be the first time Dan has inserted a scene just to explain someone's powers...

http://egscomics.com/egsnp/nanasecraft-28 Called it! Or at least, Sarah thought of the same idea I had (though even just within this comic she took longer to figure it out than I did). It remains to be seen if we're right. (Of course, Dan giving out cookies would suggest we are.) Actually, if this is all there is to it, I'm a little disappointed - that was a very simple and easy puzzle.

http://egscomics.com/comic/tsos-17 [space for spoilers] For once, I noticed right away when Tedd changed sex! That's one victory over change-blindness! Out of curiosity, how many of you noticed right away? Anybody not notice until they got to the commentary (or until I said something)? (I'd make it a poll, but I suspect I wouldn't be able to include any spoiler precautions for one.)

http://egscomics.com/egsnp/nanasecraft-27 So all the weight is in the bowl and it's not heavy enough to balance... Psst, Sarah, jump in the bowl!

http://egscomics.com/comic/tsos-15 Well, Dan has established that the tournament is over and that as Grace prepares to fly in order to safely retrieve the spilled dice on the floor that the only other people in Salty Crackers are Sarah, Justin, and Tedd. However, Dan does not say if the door is locked, and I believe Salty Crackers does have windows, so it may be possible that Monday will bring another witness to Grace's latest airborne activity.

http://egscomics.com/egsnp/nanasecraft-25 I'm, like, totally surprised and such that there are no, like, comment-thingies on ditzy-nase. Bimbo-nase?

http://egscomics.com/egsnp/nanasecraft-26 While Nanase might not need Sarah's help to figure out the goal of the puzzle, if the weights are all of varying weights Nanase still might need her help to figure out how to get the scales even. Knowing Dan, though, I expect there to be a twist. My guess: adjusting the scale adjusts the height (and possibly intelligence or other attributes) of both of them in opposite ways, and the goal is actually to even out the attributes in question between Sarah and Nanase.

http://egscomics.com/comic/tsos-11 Well I doubt Susan would object to Justin working with her at the video store. I wonder if Tensaided's already asked her to try convince Justin. And Gordon being Nanase's ex would be a good callback, if he only worked on day's Justin had off then Nanase could easily have avoided him if she didn't want things to be awkward.

http://egscomics.com/egsnp/nanasecraft-21 Ok, so the boots ARE deliberate. Maybe just because people commented about it but still And hair? Why do they complain? I mean, if the dungeon doesn't change the hair back, they can just get haircut. No problem. "Some places steal shoes"? How often it happened to you, Nanase? However, the reviews might explain why the creators of such places make them so convenient. Or deadly - I mean, dead person usually don't leave bad review. But nothing in between. (Hmmm ... if they DO get the boots back, what will be the review? Let me guess: Sarah: 2/5 wtf was weird ; Nanase 5/5 would visit again)

http://www.egscomics.com/ Luke seems scared of Sarah, and Sam isn't showing up.

http://egscomics.com/sketchbook/2018-043 I don't know how much there will be to say about this comic, seeing as it's just a colorized version of the latest NP, but it's tradition to have a thread for each post on the main EGS site, darnit! Re: the commentary, I'm always amazed by how much trouble Dan has picking out colors. Does he picture the comic world in grayscale or something? I mean, I can see trying to get things perfect for a color scheme that's going to be reused a lot in the future, but for anything else my impulse is to just pick something close to what I envisioned that doesn't look horrible and be done with it. (Then again, I'm not a professional artist.)

http://egscomics.com/comic/tsos-04 Even good movie could still leave lot to be discussed. At least some kind of movies. The "ok" movies might be worst in this regard ... if there are basically no obvious problems, but there is also nothing really interesting ... meanwhile, StarWars prequels are exact opposite. They have lot of problems, but it could've been great movies otherwise. (Meanwhile, Abrams Star Trek movies could be good movies, but they are not Star Trek. They are barely sci-fi, due to lack of the "sci" part. And Justin loves them for all sort of wrong reasons.) And yes, Sarah, you dated Grace and don't think readers will forget that.

http://egscomics.com/comic/tsos-03 Almost as good a source of things to talk about on a first date as a good movie. I've learned to trust Dan to make "uneventful" setup comics worthwhile later, so I'll suspend judgement.

http://egscomics.com/egsnp/nanasecraft-12 How DO you reset those pins? In the days before automated pin-setting equipment, Pin Boys were paid a penny a pin. I don't know specifically who would be setting these oversized pins. But it would probably be in your best interest to tip them well.
