I'm starting this one because I have nagging questions about Pandora's Terminator-style Judgement Day for Aberrations. Here are some roughly in order of how nagging: Why isn't Sirleck dead? How could the Immortals have killed so many Aberrations with a spell that only has a range of several miles? How much collateral damage resulted? If Adrian Raven needed Susan's sword to slay Aberrations, where do Susan and Diane get their hunter talent from? How do Helena and Demetrius find Aberrations? Why wouldn't they have detected Sirleck's presence in Moperville when he came to possess Francine and then Ellen? When and how was Sirleck sure that Helen and Demetrius wouldn't be guarding Elliot? (I'm not saying that he was necessarily right about being sure.) When did Sirleck look up at the lights in the sky?

It might not even complicate her relationship with Elliot much - the calm Ashley would definitely understand what is necessary. Wait. Actually, this sounds dangerously close to her committing suicide. Ok, maybe it IS better to not have her. Aaand, neither got the idea of leaving Ashley in the car. For some reason they want her there. Even in panic. Hmmmm ... PS: Ashley, this is NOT calm ... well, at least she didn't do anything stupid yet.

(Very funny how surprised he was to avoid a raccoon.) 2) Ellen will sleep after he releases her ... ok, this isn't really new. 3) Even Sirleck prefers leaving Ellen (and others) alive, not because of ethic or something but out of fear. 4) Nanase wasn't send somewhere specific. They only wanted to have her far away. (Totally predicted that.) 5) Ashley remembers what griffins said about Nanase being royalty. 6) Magus things he's better than Guardian form ... 7) Rules for magic are universe-specific, but you can take your rules with you ... somehow. BTW, to answer Dan's question, cars for on principle of lot of small explosions pushing some gears which move the wheels. No horses are involved. Also, I'm not sure how big raccoons are (I don't believe Woo is reliable example) but generally you don't want to hit animals because they can damage your car. At least European cars are not build to ram animals, although American SUVs might be different ...

Also, any bets on who the silhouette in the background is? EDIT: Ignore this top one if you want to. Accidentally made a duplicate at the same time as the main thread and Old Hack merged them.
