Yes. Either:

1: Her hair got cut since the last time we saw her

2: This is a different version of Honey from the one that we think it is

or 3: Something mind-bending is going on

My money is on 2 or 3. Given the title of this chapter, it is implied that time-travel effects are going to figure heavily into this part of the plot.

Alternate Honey from a world that does not or should not exist yet somehow does. Yet Bay remains constant for the most part. Maybe there is a alternate world where Brad never got shot by the transformation gun.

Huh more mysteries. In the previous comic the lolly pop the doctor had in his hand was blue. In the comic today Honey has a red lolly pop. Either it's a colour changing or Bay is traveling through alternate yet similar realities.

It also seems that Honey believes they drove there, while Bay thinks that they took the bus. The versions of Bay and Honey with whom we are familiar do not own a car, so I think that this speaks for this Honey not being the one that we are used to.

Looks like Bay is shifting between different realities much like Worf did in that Star Trek: The Next Generation episode Parallels. Granted Worf's dimension hopping was caused by dizziness. So it's similar at best.
