BTW: I thought it was only Author-Anne who wears the beret and not Wotch-Anne?
Hmmm, as for what Jason did, it looks to me either like a video game, or else a scene from the group Role Playing game that he is in.
I mean, we are watching EGS here, the comic that has genderswitching anthro-furry female aliens. Its like a fetish fuel pileup . . .

I wonder, was that a day dream, a thought or what Jason really did over the weekend. If he did spend his weekend as a princess Sonja, then I can't help but wonder, just how did he get KA-girled (or TGed, in this case) without Anne? Oh well, not the first time it's happened, though. I really like that new hoodie he has, BTW. Speaking of new looks, is that a hair wrap, or the "Is it a berret or cap" hat Anne wears in "Author" mode?

The secret of heros is that their is no such thing, when a man acts it is up to society to view it, so for some it may be good and others it may be evil but when it comes down to it, the man simply exists.

I've always had this thought in the back of my mind that Jason would dabble in magic in order to get back to his genie girlfriend. But with that panel of "Princess Sonja" I suppose I can't make any assumptions.
I also suspect that we may see the Worlock soon, in response to Anne's chaotic freak out.
But I think I'll save the rest of my questions for the last comic in the arc.

I think that jason joke was sort of an alice in wonderland thing where she wakes up and it was one crazy dreamSo this must be where the whole "Other people are having their own magical adventures while we watch the Main Characters" idea comes in. I like it.

Oh, wait...
"If you haven't been paying attention, you don't deserve to know."--me, 2008-ish
The fact that our lives still suck despite all of this luxury is mainly a testament to the fact that half of mankind's troubles are caused by people being jerks to each other rather than coming from the outside world. Starvation exists these days not because we can not produce enough food to feed the people that we have, but rather because those who control the food don't want to let some people have it for one reason (money) or another (power).
I have things.

My guess.. Anne didn't want to cut her new long hair, didn't want to magically shorten it, didn't want to answer questions from classmates, so... most of the extra hair is hiding under the hat!

It's good to see the group chill out after so much tension. And I agree that Myrrh in a cup looks super cute. :>
