Actually it looks like he either bad at math or braggart.
Being the 999th of a line of martial artists would make the line 20.000 or 30.000 years long. The people who manage a line of decendants that long are marital artists (and good at genealogy).

As someone pointed out in the comments section: Marital artists usually count master -> student, not parent -> child. (Though the two are not mutually exclusive.) If you give 5 years for training, you only go back 5,000 years. That's probably a bit short training-wise, but it's possible. 10 years training puts the start of the line back to around the time agriculture got widespread, which starts to make sense.

Is it me or is this team just a wee bit dysfunctional? :dan_shifty:

Unquestionably!

Even so, it's easy to see why Maxima is on edge. Leading this team would make her long for an easy job, like herding cats.

Of course it is, they need a team where Sidney fits in. :)

Point! :comradef_chibismile:

Though somehow I suspect that even Math's superspeed reflexes may have some trouble keeping up with Sydney's hyperactivity. :dan_shifty:

I agree, he may be faster but she is unpredictable.

I would think managing Harem by herself would be like herding cats.

I would think managing Sydney by herself would be like herding cats. Hyperactive, attention deficit and aggressive cats.
