This one really surprised me, I was expecting to see Cheerleadra with a surprised look and buzzing while Ashley is nearby giggling. I didn't think Dan would take it this far considering the sexual context.

Fine, 911 can be second on the list.

Though 911 really shouldn't be at the top anyway, for all the convenience it could be in an emergency, the chance of accidentally dialing it is pretty high. A friend's daughter accidentally butt dialed 911 while in school and the call center couldn't get any response so they ended up sending police to the school (using GPS location of the phone) and then calling her parents who got worried something had happened.

I was talking about something like fine for useless/unneeded action. Although I suppose it wasn't like SWAT team which went to that school, so it likely wasn't so costly.

I would imagine there's some forgiveness for accidental calls such as that, but there may be charges for repeated incidences .
