I've just started watching Ranma 1/2 earlier this week. I'm just past halfway though the 3rd season now.
It's amazing that I haven't discovered it until this webcomic popped up.

Fansubs, youtube/streaming video, fan-scanlated manga, etc, etc are all illegal (licensed or unlicensed). By linking to it you expose Thom, Anne, and Robin to possible legal problems down the line. Therefore we request that you not link or describe where to find fansubs or fan-translated manga.
If you're looking for a way to watch Ranma, Netflix has season boxes for Ranma and Sailor Moon for decently cheap.
I will note, ADVFilms and Funimation have a few official torrents and episode one streaming videos, feel free to link to those.

hahaha, on panel 6, i gotta be honest. i felt that even rumiko herself did a bad job on that pose. the facial expression just looks weird. but maybe its just my own opinion speaking

Ok ok I was trying to reveal as little as possible--Ranma becomes a Senshi, but note that I did not say ANYTHING of what happens other than Ranma is reluctant but has to be a hero(ine) anyway. Just one thing... I got confuzzled on page two---
Wasn't originally, RANKO wearing the green leotard and Kodachi the purple? Kinda jarring there... then again, this is by definition a AU.

I dunno. I think it's fair to say that falling into a pool a human and that jumping out as a giant panda counts as enough of a suprise to get something of an unfair advantage. And there's something of a 20 year age difference between the combatants. And, as a final proof, Ranma isn't neccesarily female today. I'd meant the 'He' as a correction, but perhaps you didn't notice the note down the bottom mentioning the details of the curse. It's permanently impermanent.

No, according to the season one Anime (Which was where the color reference came from since the Manga was black and white), those are the right colors.
There was an episode in season five were Ranko had to compete again in Martial Arts Gymnastics and the colors were reversed.
