While we know he has the ability to get to at least a city, he doesn't have the ability to find, exactly, where a creation of the diamond.  Sister 2 showed that.

That, or maybe the anomalously high magic level in Moperville drowned out the signal. There were probably a dozen or more Awakened or Dreaming mages at Moperville South High School even before Pandora started marking people.

I'm not sure if that counts as pocket universe or not.  To be honest it never occurred to me that it was any thing other than a pizza delivery person having trouble finding a door.

November's pretty easy. And hey, (sorta) big milestones! Mr. Verres is, as usual, the first non-main character to reach a benchmark, this time 150. Though being there are two more main characters than there were when he hit 50 and 100, this means he's now the 11th overall to get there. And Arthur is the 30th character to reach 50 appearances.
