Soooo ... normally, guardian forms require someone is in danger. Did they already solved the danger and decided to stay in guardian form little longer, or are those just TF-gun copies of guardian forms?

Yeah, also Ellen is Ellen here, not a copy spelled Nanase Angel twin. So most likely they had Tedd or Grace help them design the forms.

Tedd: "You do know these wings won't let you fly right?"

Angels aren't white, they just look that way because they are bright. But yes: both the missing luminosity and Ellen being Ellen points to this being TF gun form.
