Have you ever tried to keep one of those things down?
Tonight's comic might be a little late, Snufkins is at WindyCon doing all of those wunnerful, windyful Con things I wish I was doing.

Actually, this week's comic is slightly early, so that I can go on doing fun stuff. Right now, I'm watching the holographic fish, and I got to watch some Lichtenberg figures being made. Earlier, I noticed a gentleman putting photos from Star Trek and Babylon 5 onto a table, then I noticed that he was the person in the pictures. So I got to shake hands with Walter Koenig, a very friendly guy who looks fantastic for the age of 72. I told him how when I first saw the character of "Bester" appear on B5, I immediately said, "Oh, a literary reference to Alfred Bester who wrote 'The Stars My Destination' which involved telepathic police. Winner of the 1953 Hugo Award." Then I paused and said "And the actor looks familiar also..."
He laughed and said that he also had problems recognizing people.

Are you sure that's what you said? Because it's 'The Demolished Man' that has the psychic police in it; 'The Stars My Destination' is the one with Gully Foyle.

Oh my! Now I really have to read some of that guy's stuff.
I've never been intrigued by Bester, no reason I can name, just that he never really caught my attention the way Asimov, Heinlein & Bradbury (et al) did.
Just when am I going to have the time to read, atop of everything else?
BTW: Snufkin told me to "have fun" with this one, so I did. Sadly, the layout buried the guy about to get whacked by two balls at once.

I just completed a fairly complex drawing with more layers in one image than I have ever, heretofore, done. Tomorrow Saturday's comic will be ready & I may even have time to sketch up some scenes from upcoming attractions.
All of that, even, after taking a nasty spill on an icy patch of sidewalk this morning. My eyes were rippling for a minute after I landed.
