Arthur's giving Tedd a lab and the resources to be able to research how to make magic safe for everyone, or at least be able to defend themselves from the bad stuff. Tedd also has to monitor Ashley as she learns how to be a wizard and apparently has to figure out what happened to Ellen after the dewitchery diamond shattered.

Shouldn't be too difficult right? Tedd could have fun with this like he has been, right?
