Also, I'm not sure why the implication that Diane doesn't just want bigger boobs so much and instead does it for those other two. Not that I'm surprised by it. Surprised she almost admitted it, little ... especially considering this is not canon Diane but some multimillionaire.

Well it's an AU, we do know Rhoda has issues with being small, and Lucy had issues with being tall and well endowed, and Diane was there to help them both deal with it. The only real difference is Diane isn't so quick to deny it.

And hey, if it turns out Diane doesn't like having bigger boobs, I'm sure Sarah wouldn't mind volunteering.

I would imagine if this was in the canon universe, if Dan hadn't already set up a different reason for things to happen, one would think that Rhoda was granting their wishes here too, like they're all the same height, Lucy's got smaller boobs and Diane's got bigger ones. And they all apparently like it.
