This "Cursed Wall" is in Moperville Mall?

The result of the "Curse" is that random customers are forced to buy new clothes?

I am certain that the retailers and management of the mall will work to remove that "Curse" with great haste.

Agree. Also, specially in this case, without the middle panel it would be very hard to realize what happened.

I would expect that for management, the negative publicity will be worse. Although, if everyone ends up looking like this, it may not be that negative.

The warning on the wall actually looks like something added in attempt to solve the problem. I mean, they can now point out that it's the customers fault for ignoring that warning.

Now, the retailers, those would definitely object to removing of that curse ...
