This goes back to games like the Elder Scrolls or Fallout series where there's always those quests that have really sketchy morals and you can think of better ways to complete them but you're forced to either complete it and feel bad about what you just did, or avoid the quest like the plague.

Perhaps she will need to actually get on with the game...

Someone on discord mentioned that in Fable 2 consuming celery gave +2 to morality.

So what Susan should have done was give everyone those potions while she was still overweight, then munch on celery to balance everything all out at the same time.
