      Welcome!   03/05/2016

Welcome, everyone, to the new 910CMX Community Forums. I'm still working on getting them running, so things may change.  If you're a 910 Comic creator and need your forum recreated, let me know and I'll get on it right away.  I'll do my best to make this new place as fun as the last one!

Talk about hearing aids in the medical thread remind me of my father.  With or without the hearing aids, he would often have selective deafness.  But the master of the art who taught the skill to my dad was his dog.  She could hear you perfectly, when she wanted.

That's perfectly normal for  cats and children, and only mildly unusual for dogs.

There is no way I would send Explorer any where.  Not unless she was accompanying  me as I moved, which isn't likely.

Do cats have a sense of distance and direction to a place if they did not walk there?

I'm not sure.

I think that cats have a sense of North/South/East/West direction from seeing the sun/moon angle, but they probably don’t realize how fast they are moving when riding in a motor vehicle or aircraft.

Of course if you have indoor only cats (which you should, for a variety of reasons, not the least of which is the pet's life span) the only thing that they would need "homing" for is if you moved.  Explorer is a house cat.  She started life as a barn cat and she actually hides from open doors.  She Does Not Like the outside.  It's cold and wet out there!
