Explorer, I don't think fur therapy applied to your human's chin will help much - it's already rather furry.

Fans are a cheaper way of staying cool than turning the AC all the way down, and Mlooney has told us previously that his AC is not powerful enough to cool the whole house to 70-ish on very hot days.

Even though they use the same fan system, the central heating does seem to be working.  Of course  it hasn't gotten super cold yet, but with the quartz heater I have and electric blankets and throws, I can deal better with cold than hot.

Please inform your cat that this defeats the concept of a jet as an engine. The basic notion is that heated expanding gases provide thrust, the hotter the better in terms of raw efficiency. (Granted, there are physical limitations.) Cooling the jet would serve to reduce the thermal efficiency.

Even after landing and shutting down the engine(s), you want them to cool slowly through transfer of heat to the ambient air; too fast and there might be warping.

If Explorer wishes to experiment with this, tell her to avoid the engine inlets, which are capable of sucking her in and roasting her, then spewing her as actual kitty kibble onto the tarmac. Then she would not be nearly as cuddly and photogenic.
