Sorry TTRPG gamer speak.

Tunnels and Trolls?

TTRPG = Table Top Role Playing Game, vs CRPG or Computer Role Playing Game.

Physical Adepts are a Shadowrun thing.

Tie the rat to the stick, and you have a rat-flail.

Depends on how you tie the rat.  You might have a rat-mace.

/me adds a star to your rather large page in The List.

I have no idea how Explorer the Cat deals with rats and/or mice.  Haven't had one since she has started living here.

You know, in many contexts, getting a star by your entry is a reward.

Is it weird that the buffalo wing preceded the flying buffalo?

Well, it's actually an inverted pentagram, but "star" is easier to type.

You were expecting the buffalo to fly without wings?

Buffalo's use biplanes, just for what it's worth.

It worked with cows in Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

The Brewster Buffalo, unfortunately outmoded by the time it saw service, although see Finland in the article.

The de Havilland Canada DHC-5 Buffalo, I don't know much about it. It looks serviceable.

FWIW, neither are biplanes.

The B-52 is referred to as The Buff. It's not a biplane either.

Oh, you mean recently. No. But does it tells more about how many he is teaching or how secret he is with it?

I tend to follow the idea that unless it shows in the comic, it's not canon.  So there is no canon reason to assume that he is teaching magic to any one other than Noah.

It's not canon. Doesn't mean it's not happening.

But, like, I was thinking that he's currently evaluates the talents and plans to start teaching them when older.

Or at least that what was he doing before Pandora showed up.

That's not a bad headcanon.  I could almost see that happening.

I stumbled on that earlier, and was surprised that they are still in business. I thought they went belly up decades ago. Weirder still, Ken St Andre that developed T&T was also one of the main forces on Wasteland that eventually inspired Fallout (not that they invented post apocalyptic) - the main parties, Ken, Michael Stackpole, and Liz Danforth are alive, kicking, and updating their wares. New T&T in 2013. I saw Wasteland revamped on Steam.

Nope, they are still around and kicking.  Oldest TT RPG publisher on earth.

I'm surprised there's a market for it these days. Have not heard of current interest in a long time.

I should talk. I like AD2300.

They are still putting out material for it.  I'm Facebook friends with Ken St Andre, who talks about it a bit.

You know that there is a more or less modern version of that put out by Mongoose as part of their line of Traveller products.

No, I didn't. I should check that out. Mongoose does a good job with that sort of thing.

Though AD2300, which went by various names (in fact, Wiki lists it as 2300 AD, I have books with either), was branded as a Traveller product at one point, it has no connection to Traveller, other than both are in space (with FTL), and corporate ownership. It is actually a future extension of Twilight 2000's setting. My understanding is that the developers gamed the future expansion, and that became the setting. I like it because of the overall realism. Other than hand waving FTL, it's hard Sci Fi.

Ah, I see the source of some of the confusion. The last two reboots, QuikLink and Mongoose, were published and marketed as alternate Traveller settings. Hmm. I like Traveller, but it is more space opera than hard sci fi, I hope they didn't fundamentally change AD2300

I have the Mongoose version and I don't think it changed the nature of the beast.  At least it doesn't feel like the OTU and the tech base is completely different.
