This is kind of random way to end a story, gonna have to file this under "not sure how I feel".

I know there's 1 more Friday that'll really end the story, but not sure what to expect for that.

I'm putting it firmly in the "ehh...not a fan" category for me. Just a limp way of ending the storyline.

So it wasn't the greatest way to end a story.

Not every series can end like the last episode of Newhart.

... are you referring to the "it was a dream" bit?

Perhaps it would have been better if it ended with the three showing of some of the new male forms?

If Dan would like, he could've done timeskip to when they already have it programmed and continue showing the forms, yes. Or, we can accept that such continuation will came later, just like we accepted that we didn't get answer to Susan's new spell yet.

There may still be something important in the last page. Just like in case of the dolls or the battle ...

A lot of shows used the "it was a dream" bit.

Were there any subversions?

[TVTropes, I hardly knew ya. :demonicduck:]
