I took a dislike to Agent Bishop the first time we saw her.  Now I really don't like her.  Creepy is just the start with her.

She seems to have bought in to Arthur's ideal of secrecy about magic above all else

It seems that she didn't get the message that even Arthur now realizes that is no longer possible

Having someone on the payroll who is an armed fanatic for the previous boss is always interesting
