Perhaps the  most difficult aspect of Grace's existence is her need to keep so many secrets

Remember when Grace became so clingy after watching Elliot & Sarah's break up video?  Part of the reason may have been she was being confronted with the fact that this group, with whom she could be completely honest, would not always be together

Being confronted with the fact that a comfortable setting or group isn't forever can be a real problem.

Fascinating point, how many of us still hang with our high school buddies? Several decades after high school, I'm close friends with people who happened to attend my alma mater, but I don't often see anyone I was close to, back then. Grace is a special case who cherishes her friends, both because she's Grace, and that's how she rolls, and for the eminently practical reason that they are confidants she can really confide in.

I don't even have an high school buddies as facebook friends.  My brother is still fairly close to 4 or 5 of his high school friends and my sister is close 6 or 7.
