I once watched an interview with former (New York Football) Giants Quarter Back Eli Manning where he claimed that in Elementary school he would play QB for both teams in pick-up games on the playground

Would you want a not-holding-back Grace playing defense for both teams?

How about serving?  We know she would have power, but would she be accurate to serve the ball to points that were both in bounds and would not immediately injure the opposing players?
