Given that she seems to be lesbian, that seems unlikely.  Of course if she's actually bi, that could be.

They usually use some very enticing bait.

Anyway, “neurodivergent” is a good first guess for anyone who doesn’t know about Noah being a Seyunolu.

As for Diane catching Noah, Nanase has established that mages can use their magic to subconsciously boost their physical abilities, so she probably tapped into that when she went into “elf mode”.

Well, that's a new background! It's nice to see some variety, but it's not entirely clear to me what that background is supposed to mean.
