      Welcome!   03/05/2016

Welcome, everyone, to the new 910CMX Community Forums. I'm still working on getting them running, so things may change.  If you're a 910 Comic creator and need your forum recreated, let me know and I'll get on it right away.  I'll do my best to make this new place as fun as the last one!

Ellen has show a tendency for people falling down to smash into other characters and make them fall as well.  See Nanase and the stairs.

As Mel Brooks said, “Tragedy is when I cut my finger. Comedy is when you fall into an open sewer and die.” It’s only funny when it happens to someone else.

There are several forms of comedy that I don't really find funny.  Slapstick and cringe being high on the list.  And for that matter I'm not all that fond of Mel Brooks.  Aside from Blazing Saddles and Young Frankenstein he has done any movies I find funny.

I found Spaceballs to be amusing, if slightly juvenile.

I didn't even find Spaceballs to be even slightly amusing.

I go with it was juvenile, my kids loved it. Same for Robin Hood,, Men in Tights.

I'd add to that Get Smart (TV), The Producers (the 1968 original), The Twelve Chairs, and High Anxiety.
