Those aren't inaccurate. George's is not a 'fancy chicken' in the same sense, though. I don't think I've seen anything that looks like the head feathers on the third one, though.

They seem to be doing better at this than Ellen did.

Having apparently improvised "prize-winning chicken" on the fly. I think Ellen got on with figuring out the game mechanics.

Looks like each of the players has seen a different photo of a "fancy" chicken.  Other than George, who glompt onto the "prize winning" aspect.

Having seen a lot of "Fancy" and "Prize Winning" chickens in my life, I can say that Prize Winning chickens are not necessarily Fancy.

Often the characteristics on which chickens, or other animals, are judged may not be obvious to a casual observer.  Ever watch a dog show and not be able to tell the top ten dogs in each breed apart, let alone which one is supposed to be "Best in Breed"?

George's idea of a healthy and neatly groomed bird may be more likely to win a prize than one which looks like a poodle.
