Hmm, 'Tedd is an introvert' does not seem to match his overall behavior. It might have been true in the past, but he's well beyond that stage. He challenged the crowd attacking Susan about her uniform, and he confronted the Will of Magic. Contrary to what he says in this comic, he seems to enjoy parties and like to host them.

But on the plus side, the comic is moving onto new ground.

They was visibly just this side of panicking when after confronting the crowd.  They didn't have much choice in confronting the will of magic.  They has a limited number of people that he wants to have a party with.  I can see Tedd at least thinking that they are an introvert.

Just because Tedd is no longer hiding away most of the time does not mean Tedd is not an introvert.   Appreciating friendship & socialization does not make them less exhausting.

The ability to transform, to hide in plain sight, to be anyone other than yourself, may have been the driving desires behind Tedd's early magic work.  The genderfluid mentality might even be secondary.

Lord Tedd could be somone who was denied their craved solitude and channled that rage into a lust for Controll.

I use the spoon theory.  Some days I have more spoons than other.  Tedd has just gotten a larger pile of spoons, but when they are go, they are gone until they get a chance to recharge.
