So Jay now has at least two (that she knows of) means of getting to meet Tedd. Three if Tedd himself asks her about recent events.

Grace does not want to offer another person a handkerchief she has been using.  Nor does she wish to carry one somone else has used.

I recall as a child seeing pocket sized packages of tissues.  I think there was more plastic wrap than paper in thoes things.
