Even though it makes my typing go to crap as I try to keep up with it, I'm playing my Dragonforce collection today.  It keeps me active without making me anxious, which has been an issue for the last couple of days.  Off to work on a project!

My shrink's clinic has actually got my account data in their billing system and shows my latest meeting with Sandra.

It was Telehealth and had $0.00 cost.  At least one of my medical billing stuff is going my way.

Acetaminophen by itself or with caffeine lasts about 3 hours. Takes about 30 minutes to kick in. It can only be taken every 6 hours or your liver will hate you and have issues. I took some this morning when I got up. It's faded and the sort of mild headache has returned. It's not a migraine, so imitrex isn't going to help. I have 2 hours and roughly 25 minutes before I can take another dose. I'm going to take Aspirin with Caffeine and Acetaminophen this time. That lasts about 4 and a half / 5 hours and only takes about 15 minutes to kick in. Until it does, I'm staying in the dark(er) room.

Acetaminophen . . .

Be aware of two things: The effective dose is close to the 'bad things happen' limit, and Acetaminophen is often an additive in other meds; it is easy to overdose and not know it. Be careful.

Quite aware of both issues.

<not a vent> Cautiously optimist about today.  Limited pain and the front moved on early.  I may get a “shopping” run done today.

My chair is better padded as well, but then again, so am I.

I've lost a lot of weight, but even at my heaviest, I always had a skinny white boy butt.

My back feels a lot better since I got the new office chair.  Might have something to do with the fact it promotes good posture, and not leaning back.  Now, if the arm were just long enough to prevent me from bashing my right knee, it would be ideal.

It's noon, and the inside temperature is 72 (F) 22 (C), and it's just about as hot as it's gonna get today. Chance of thunder storm, but my knees aren't hurting. Most of my players are going to be in my D&D game this week. Waiting on Thor's hammer to hit and harsh my mellow.

This is part annoying, part good.

1st, the annoying part. I have bad luck with water systems for Explorer. I've had one that just fell apart. I got another one, but didn't put it to use until the falling apart one emptied. This took 8 weeks, well past the return date. So I ordered another, different one. It arrived in 2 days. It arrived broken. Did the River Store return thing.  I got a code to show to the UPS store.  Printed code.

The good part. I called the point-to-point ride system. Normally this is a leave a message and they will call you back. It normally takes at least a day to get a ride. I called, got a human. He was able to set me up with a ride this afternoon. Like in 45 minutes from when I called. Never had them work that fast before.

I got my new cat-watering thing. It worked as soon as it was filled.  Nothing broken. It looks better made than the other's I've had. Let's see how long it lasts. In general, I'm gruntled by this.

I didn't need to take pain pills for my knee this morning. It twinges a little when I get up and move around, but not really an issue today. I've still got a pair of Ace bandages on the way for the next time, and there will be a next time, I'm sure.

Update on this. They never did a refund to my card, which is what I asked them to do, but instead refunded my River Store account balance. Meh, that's where I spend most of my money any way.

Was the cat calibated?

I think so.  They did a set of scans, then told me not to move for the second.

I have new pillows.  My neck doesn't hurt as much anymore.  That's a win.

You need a break. I mean, a good thing, not a fracture.
