You need a break. I mean, a good thing, not a fracture.

I still managed to wrench my back last night.

My heater, unlike the AirCon, works wonders, at least at current temperatures.  It's 57 outside right now.  It was 63 in the living room when I got up. Turned it to heater, and less than 30 minutes later it was up to 68, which is what I have it set for.  I've never had a 5 degree in 30 minutes change with A/C.   The fact that heat rises may compenstate for the whimmpy fan.

I woke up this morning with my lungs more or less clear.  I'm still sneezing a bit.  Took meds for that.  Then, about 30 minutes later, a migraine kicked in.  I took imitrex and meclizine.  The meclizine worked. I'm only slightly dizzy, enough so that I can sit at the desk.  That being said, I believe I will do data entry for Project X for a while, as real brain use isn't really happening.  Still all in all, 250% better than this time yesterday.  Taking it as a win.

OK, rain front is leaving, no upper respiratory issues, and no headache. I just used gel on my knees. I should be good for the day. Might get some work done!

I don't have any issues related to my lungs, head, or legs.  I'm only slightly bouncing in my chair, so my hypomania state is either over or will be soon.  Game on!

I had a “normal” both sides of the head headache, starting about two hours ago. I took some acetaminophen with caffeine to at least slow it down.

It's gone. Not just lower in pain level, freaking gone. The first time I've had a headache just go away from one dose of acetaminophen.  I'm taking this as a sign.  Sign of what? I'm not sure, but it's a sign.

I am glad I installed the “bumpers” on my bed frame.  Just walked into it, took no damage.  Before I would be bruised at least, bleeding most of the time.

I wish there was a way to get a thank-you note to my trash collectors. You are supposed to drag your wheelie bin to the curb the night before your pickup.  I couldn't this week due to hip and back pain.  They came up to the house and got it anyway.  This is not the first time this has happened.

I've been taking aspirin, caffeine, and acetaminophen at the first sign of a migraine, normally an aura. If it doesn't work, I take imitrex once the pain starts.  This morning, in a case where I took ACA at first sign, and it worked, it occurred to me that there might be some interaction that isn't good.  On https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/drugs-imitrex-interactions#fa-qs I found this:
Are there any interactions between Imitrex and over-the-counter pain medications?
No, there aren’t any known interactions between Imitrex and over-the-counter (OTC) pain medications, such as:

ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin)
naproxen (Aleve)
acetaminophen (Tylenol)
It’s usually safe to take Imitrex in combination with OTC pain medications.

This means my standard treatment can keep going as it.  I'm overjoyed for that.

I got my PSA level test back.  2.73, way below the 4.0 that is the “high” end of normal for a white male my age.  I suspect that my meeting with Dr. Frogge will be short.

Aura over. No pain phase.  That's 2 in a row.  However I had a migraine without a warning aura. I have no idea when I'm gonna have a pain phase.

I got a decent amount of sleep last night.  There isn't a front rolling in, so my knees and back aren't messing with me.  My tea is close to perfect.  Please world, don't harsh my mellow.

I'm at the weird stage in a headache, where I can tell I have one because of “pressure,” but the drugs are stopping the pain.  I've gotten to the point where I almost like this stage.

While Blue Cross's “gift” still makes me a little pissed off, at least I don't have to worry about the Christmas Cat eating me this year. I mean, I got clothing as a gift.

Keeping track of days without major medical issues. Day 1. No knee pain after the front passed. Head OK (no headache, no sniffles). Right hip twinging, but responding well to drugs. I'll count this as day one.

My back is better, enough so that I'm not taking pain pills and am staying out of bed.  On the other hand, it's not up to riding the bike stage.  Which sucks because it's gonna be below freezing tomorrow.  If I believe the 10-day forecast from Weather Underground, it should be bikeable weather by Wednesday.

OK, the Cpap is working now. No clue why it wasn't working before. I swapped its plug with the bedside lamp. The lamp works in the old plug. The Cpap works in the “new” plug-in. This has been, all in all, a less than optimal couple of days.

Yeah, it's a win, but I hate being told, correctly, to unplug it, then plug it in again.  I don't know how many times I've told that to some one over computer issues.  Granted most computers don't have tricky double click plugs.
