Hope's room is open to Jeremy's house.  Therefore, it is Jeremy's. 

It has been a while, but I believe that is standard feline logic and litigation.

It's Hope. She could be thinking, "Why is this horse so small, and why is it's nose so short?" or "Gee, that's a really small dragon."

I'm not saying she's an airhead. I don't think her magic realm has air.

It may be the cutest comic that DS has done in years. It's the first time Jeremy has been drawn acting like a real, not freaking-out cat. If a weird room showed up in my house, I could see Explorer doing exactly what he's doing.

She may not be familiar with hedgecats, as opposed to ordinary cats. IIRC, they are an artificial breed, created by using Uryuom eggs.

As for Jeremy being there, since she is technically a guest in “his” house, and has attached her home to it, then all who are legitimately welcome in the house also have standing permission to enter her space.

Tedd explicitly said he didn't know how Jeremy was created when talking to Ashley about him. To the best of my knowledge, we don't know how Jeremy and Max were created.

The reason Edward and Adrian have been estranged for so long has nothing to do with Tedd, Noriko or Arthur. 

Max & Jeremy are so fiercely territorial their humans can not be in the same place. 

Good thing Grace didn't tell Jeremy where she was going when she went hog wild

Jeremy is looking for the other cat, Hope. Cat is her natural form. That's why she's on all fours. She transformed because she thought she had a human visitor.

We have seen Hope, in cat form, following Sarah. This was Word of Dan.
