It does look like Prince Elliot is even more gender causal than the main stream Elliot is.  Pushing main stream Tedd levels.

And he doesn't like boring men's suits.  I feel for you, Elliot.

I would be OK if parti-colored made a comeback. Despite  the name, a full on outfit could have multiple fabric types, as well as colors.  Normally divided in half, but I've seen quartered and just plain weird divisions.
