Can she fly with these wings without using that ability?

If she could fly like Lord Tyrant Slayer that would be a significant upgrade. If she could bring herself to spar, Cheerleadra would have someone to practice fighting while flying with.

Not to meation phantom hands.  She could go full paws with claws and still be able to handle things made for human hands.  This is a major upgrade for her, or at least it could be.

Buffalo wings are indeed a thing.

That bar keep who threw some wings destined for the sock pot into the deep fried instead and tossed them with margarine and hot sauce created the greatest thing to come out of upstate New York since Kodak.

Given that, back when I used film cameras, I didn't use Kodak for black and white and seldom took slides, I'd say Buffalo wings are higher than Kodak.
