Why hasn't Tedd noticed this with the seer sense?   

If Ellen had known this about herself, she would have formed an 80s Hair band just to claim the image as her album cover art.

I am assuming that Tedd hasn't had a chance or reason to look at Ellen with Seer Sense^tm.

As far as Ashley goes, I don't think she will have quite as strong of an aura as Ellen does.

I don't think Pandora's vow carried over to Hope,  but I could be wrong.

This raises the question, does Ellen being linked to Ragnarok’s power mean that Voltaire can pull her strings?

I suspect not.  Her overpowering the body-stealing vampire shows that she has unexpected strength vs. things that attempt to control her mind.  It's possible that there may be an epic battle in her mind, but she will come out on top.
