The title suggests that someone could be changing sides to the shady organisation that is trying to flush out the Angels, or changing their hair colour, or turning into a goat... :eusa_think:

Whoops! That was supposed to be "Unexpected ChaRges", about why they are changing their long distance phone service. (And when I say "long distance"...) Well, I'm sure I can make something else up....

Yeah, that sounds like the right word...

I always attempt to chose just the right word for what I mean.

I had fun drawing this one. Therese's shift from diabolical to deflated was a pleasant challenge.

So now we know that it's not a very good joke, but we still don't know what it is.

Well, some people are so honest that if you ask them if they think your new baby is beautiful... they'll TELL you. So no, it wouldn't work on everyone.

But for lots of people, you need to find what is important to them. The dishonest want money, which is easy. The Angels believe that Greg the FBI agent is driven by a desire for justice. So they'll make some good things happen. As long as he isn't personally being given anything, well, it can't be a bribe, right? People are amazingly good at making rationalizations if it fits their goals. They've certainly done this before -- do you think it will work with Greg?
