Well, I did tweet at Dan that Tedd would need to do some experimenting with Elliot to find out what other gadgets Elliot could merge with. :)

Elliot Phone strikes again! I do agree with what Dan wrote in the commentary, it's amazing what smartphones can accomplish nowadays. I'm kind of sad to see Tara and Andrea go, but at least we'll see them again. I wonder whether that's their actual names or if they're Americanized names they chose for themselves because their real names would be impossible for humans to pronounce. Maybe they just speak some kind of antiquated English in their homeworld.

Just a guess, but since they are part bird could it be a Pigeon English?

I do suspect that, now that he has a willing and enthusiastic partner, Elliot will discover that he does not actually fail at perversion.  However, he will likely still feel constrained, for the reasons Nanase explained to Sarah, when he's in male form and Ashley is in female form, or vice versa if Tedd and the TFG get involved....

Actually, if TF gun is involved, there is no reason to worry ...

Methinks that later on, Pandora will be annoyed that she missed this interesting evening because she had chosen to watch Sarah instead.

Are you SURE she missed this? Although it's true that trying to observe both might be taxing even for her ...

It would be interesting to see what kind of tech Elliot could incorporate into the Super form.  Perhaps even "Tedd" tech.

... this really needs to be tested. As if Tedds tech wouldn't already be OP.

If we assume that there are humans on their world, there is no reason for them to make up names just for this world. Either they normally speak in English (which is still understandable despite developing independently for few centuries, just like most Americans can still understand Brits) or they speak in English WITH HUMANS on their half of universe and have alternate names for that.

(Note: why English? Because Avalon, of course: the legend suggest that they was contact between the griffins half of world and Britain around 5th or 6th century.)

If he can input a destination as Cheerleadra then yes that power is indeed quite useful. If however he cannot then it's usefulness decreases a little.

Two things, they need a better spellbook systems and perhaps Elliot needs to  look at his book more often.

On a topic other than phone integration, Tara memorizing the configuration of the trees is another level of badass for her.

Being able to memorize terrain features is pretty useful for a soldier type. Knowing where the best cover is and possible dangers is probably something that Tara is good at.

Terrain features is one thing... but the context says she's memorized the tree formations well enough to be relatively confident in finding their way back to this exact location in the forest. It's one thing to be talking about "Near x boulder, y tree grove, and z hill", but to be "This pattern of trees leads us to this location in this forest of trees" is a level above. Very impressive, even for a soldier type.

Elliot's phone bills are going to get very interesting.

I remember this bit from A Girl and her Fed in which the Federal Agent receives a text from the ghost of Benjamin Franklin, and his friend Speedy tells him, "Man, you just got texted from the afterlife. Your phone bill this month is gonna be biblical."

I have always been of the opinion that charging the receiving party and not just the sending party for all text messages is akin to making all postal mail cash-on-delivery. It's basically a form of harassment if you are forced to pay for an unsolicited message that you would have rejected had you known who it was from, yet you have to pay for it before you can even find out that it's an unsolicited message rather than from a friend. Imagine if you had to pay postage on every piece of advertising that is sent to you in the mail whether you wanted to receive it or not.

Maybe the money the Dunkels get from "winning the lottery" allows Elliot and Ellen to have unlimited data plans on their phones.

I'd like to think that Susan was paying for her cellphone herself, which is why she's had the job at Tensaided's video shop even during school. We know she was embarrassed about her mom making a fuss about getting her on that France trip. I can see her wanting to be independent with a lot of things, she'll probably be the first of the main 8 to find her own place to live after high school. Actually, I can see her and Justin being roomies for a while after high school.

In the real world, lots of people would wonder if Justin wasn't gay after all...

The thing is, Susan and Justin aren't attracted to each other sexually, but you can't deny the fact that they've got a special bond. They've confided in each other over various topics, they share similar interests. I can see them having no issue with living together, it'd be like the arrangement that Marten and Faye has, except without any of the sexual tension and Pintsize. ;)

Oh sure.  But if a guy and a girl are living together, people can jump to easy conclusions. :)

One wonders if Melissa would get jealous...

No, Melissa's done with Justin.  All settled now.

I'm not sure Susan will quite so eager to leave her mother alone, barring what she finds out about the Diane situation.  I kind of wonder whether she and Diane would end up sharing an apartment?

What they need is a big ol' rooming house where they can all live together.

Much less evil than a Lore plan.

The problem is that Data plans and Lore plans don't communicate with each other well. For maximum compatiblity, Susan would probably just go with the generic Soong-type plan.

Considering what they talk about over phones, I suspect that whole main eight have special phones with advanced security features from DGB. Paid by government.

I suspect that Lore's plan is actually free because the owners of Data plans will paid for it.

Elliot was using Tedd's phone in that instance, which I would certainly believe has been properly configured by Edward or else he wouldn't feel comfortable discussing Elliot's sudden transformation and the bloodgrem.

I consider that a special case of TFG enhancing a person's attraction to the opposite gender, I guess initially, Susan did hope that Justin would have been a potential boyfriend before she found out he was gay, but after we last saw them, it seems like Susan's just happy to have Justin around.
