Mister Chalk when it all comes down to it is COMPETENT. Thats refreshing. He I suspect is not Evil or Good just competent with some Grey goals and Grey ways of getting there. More a "I got some stuff to do and you really can not be allowed to interfere but you might not or you might so I am am going to keep you busy so sorry" He strikes me as a guy to complex to fall in to the good guy or bad guy Box if you see what I mean.
