well judging by the rate of fall, shes either gonna die and go splat or slow her speed down enough to land safly but not have enough time to do so...
add to that the fact that shes not even bothering to hold surgeon (who is falling at the same rate as her even though shes using her feather that slows fall speed) it makes it super wondering...
only theory i can think of is if the gate portal thingy has a very high vertical range so long as your 'at that spot'

but failing that ill just have to wait to find out XD

I can't say for sure but there won't be a visit to the Knight of Swords in the immediate future. And yes, Colonel Potter, my character is named after Colonel Potter from M*A*S*H*. Wouldn't you want him to be your commanding officer?
