  1. Changing Medications (Level of Trust Required)

My handwriting gives Edward Verres's a run for his money and I'm not even in the medical field.
  2. Things That Are Just Annoying

Same here and the pages look completely different today. Believe me this pleases me no end. As far as the topic goes, falling asleep with keys or other similar item in your pocket.
  3. Things that make you go WTF

Hell. I find it a bit amusing and I'm almost barely not very evil at all.
  4. Story Monday December 5, 2016

Aye I think Jerry isn't trying to avoid stuff to simply avoid stuff but wasn't entirely convinced he could convince himself that considering he assumed something before but his intuition is backing his assumption now at the very least. Personally I kinda want Jerry to be right for a number of reasons including the fact that despite his personality quirks he seems to be a truly decent decent immortal.
  5. Story Friday December 2, 2016

So either they aren't or lucky guess.
  6. Things that make you worried.

Less worried and more squicked, shots in the eye. I have concerns in regards to sharp objects in general and anything which is so close to my face that I can't around it.
  7. Story Monday November 28, 2016

He could be wrong but considering the other facts at hand it's far less likely.
  8. Story Monday November 28, 2016

Dan likes to do a little misdirection to keep the readers on their toes.
  9. Story Monday November 28, 2016

They could be a sisters by the same father but different mothers. There is a very long running mystery of their exact relationship do to their appearance and that is insinuated to mean relatives in this comic as noted by Tedd's mom Noriko & his cousin Nanase looking alike. Also comparisons between Agent Cranium and the Brown girls are common and then the fact everyone in story accepts Elliot has a long-lost,, female, fraternal twin who looks practically identical.
  10. Story Monday November 28, 2016

There is an old expression that goes "if looks could kill'. Susan demonstrates the meaning of said expresion perfectly in the last panel. As I mentioned on Twitter, when I found out about my long-lost half sister Theresa first reaction was "WTF do you mean" and it quickly went "the a-hole ruined her life too, huh" with a brief stop in 'how come I've never hear this before?" As a result I can sort of relate with Susan on this but not completely.
  11. Things that make you go WTF

    (5'9.5"/176.5cm) & (256lb/116kg/18st 4lb) and I have the same issue.
  12. What Are You Ingesting?

Taste and health wise one can never have too much garlic. Odor-wise one can easily easily do so. I especially do so If I have so much as a clove of it I smell like I bathed in it. From what I can find drink milk with garlicky food reduces the allyl methyl sulfide that makes you smell like garlic. Parley helps the breath things and Epsom salt soaks reduce the sweat odor some. If you are interested the is n alternative with the taste of garlic (perhaps a bit more intense) try Society garlic (Tulbaghia violacea) AKA Pink Agapanthus or African Lily. Same taste and supposedly none of the odor issues associated with garlic. Not sure of haw the health benefits compare to regular garlic. Word of warning here in Florida it spreads very well (it isn't to the point it's invasive or will choke out other plants but it does readily spread if allowed to). It supposedly doe not survive frosts well though.
  13. Things That Are Just Annoying

When I click and drag to highlight something and the mouse button signal flickers in and out screwing it up. Double bonus when it's a link which gets clicked in the process. Triple bonus when the page you were highlighting content on was a page which had "Load more" buttons which you had to use to get to said content as well.
  14. Things that make you go WTF

I'll more often either use a bookmark (the metal clip style is my fave), paper clip, or just remember the page (you would marvel on how well this works for me). The thing the really, really, really,, makes me go WTF every time it happens is mom's ability to turn a corner when were shopping together in a store and just vanish. She doesn't move that fast, there aren't that many 5'2" ladies with auburn hair around here. She's the type of shopper to hit each and every aisle, in order. Yet every time poof, gone, vanished.
  15. Things that make you go WTF

Aye same here I collect to read I don't collect to collect. I do tend to be careful and not dogear, write, and eat around them but it's only so I can continue to read them for as long as possible.
  16. Political Discussion Thread (READ FIRST POST)

Unfortunately I was older than 18 when it was suggested by a psychiatrist that my mental illness was indeed severe enough to probably qualify for disability.
  17. Political Discussion Thread (READ FIRST POST)

So the essential person addition is highly likely.
  18. Political Discussion Thread (READ FIRST POST)

The maximum the federal government provides a month for SSI is $733 for individuals and $1100 to couples (increasing to $735 & $1103 respectively in 2017) but if someone needs an essential person to help in their care they get up to $367 for that person's benefit (increasing to $368 in 2017). SSDI can be higher and/or can be paid concurrently and some states (notably Alaska) have programs to further assist SSI recipients.
  19. Things That Are Just Annoying

Definitely had a bad reaction to that but that's a subject for a different topic.
  20. Political Discussion Thread (READ FIRST POST)

It's also about 2/3 what I get a month meaning a whole $253 for utilities, food, transportation, etc but then SSI provides just enough to live at 74% of poverty.
  21. Changing Medications (Level of Trust Required)

Quite it doesn't surprise me at all most of the time my depression expresses itself as a mild to moderate funk, not crushing sadness or anything but a feeling where things don't matter and I end up existing more than living. At most I might feel "alright" or find something somewhat annoying but that's all I feel capable of feeling then. That's not to say there are periods of what one could really call happiness or sadness but mostly it's numbness and fatigue and even when you know what would help just making yourself do what you need to is just more energy than you have to spare.
  22. Changing Medications (Level of Trust Required)

I'm kinda torn, having suffered from allergies most of my life I appreciate the truth of the pun but don't wanna encourage that behavior.
  23. Things That Are Just Annoying

So the incessant sneezing cleared up today with just just as little rhyme or reason or reason as it started. While it's a relief it just make the face I don't know why it happens and how to prevent it all the more annoying.
  24. Political Discussion Thread (READ FIRST POST)

True, I'm just saying it's the only option for some to get an apartment for less than the base cost. For me, it would likely cost $245 if the waiting list were even open in my area.
