So... how much until Susan gets magical hammers that let her kick immortals' asses?

35 minutes ago, Circe said:Could? I think absolutely would. Come on - teenagers with the ability to create realistic, interactive versions of anyone they can imagine that will act however they want? They'd starve to death because they'd never come out of the spell!
Problem is that, at least for now, Sarah can only have people in her simulation if they are with her when she uses the spell. Doing... things with people, while still being in front of them, may feel a bit like exhibicionism. And awkward as hell.
-
Huh. When Box said Sarah could make people do things in her simulation, I wasn't expecting them to be autonomous enough to catch Sarah off guard.
Knowing this, would Sarah be able to ask people about anything, and they would answer using that person's knowledge? Assuming an ideal scenario where Sarah's expectations doesn't alter the simulation.

I thought for a second that real-life Grace had felt time-stop Sarah nudging her hand.

What?!?! Sabrina is completed? Where does it say so? Why am I finding this out now??

Oh c'mon girls, don't go into the changing rooms! People aren't permitted inside there with food, and hijinks just aren't the same without the popcorn!
-
Well, Sarah already knows Pa-- I mean Box here has already more than a couple of centuries. Name standards were different back then, like... I don't know any English name that is legit but extremely outdated.

It's plain to see.

Let's see if Pandora gives her full name and give the kids the chance to connect her with Raven.
*Moperville HS North, on Monday*
*Raven is drinking a cofee*
GRACE: Mr. Raven, do you know an immortal called "Pandora Raven"?
*Cue Raven spit take*4 hours ago, Scotty said:
she still maintains that telling Edward is a bad idea but it's quite possible that it would put Edward in a position where he'd have to put her on file or else risk his job and it's possible his superiors could take legal action for dereliction of duty or something if he's found withholding that information. So basically this is not about Verres screwing Sarah over, it's about giving him plausible deniability.

Or that 1 in 4 didn't watch it.

Okay, the one on the right is clearly Dragon Ball based, the girl giving us her back looks like Sailor Moon, The left one seems like a Pokémon? But I don't know what is the guy with swirly glasses cossplaying as. Guess it's related with One-Punch Man, given Dan's commentary. And I'm pretty sure they all four are meant to reference real-life series.
15 hours ago, hkmaly said:Note that the one with fake tail might also be girl. Or, in case of very determined fans, the one with skirt and big hair might actually be boy.
If he/she's cosplaying as the character's original gender (different of the cosplayer's own gender), it's crossplaying. If he/she's cosplaying the character as a different gender than the original (normally the cosplayer's own gender), it's gender-bend (or gender-swap) cosplaying.

1 minute ago, Scotty said:Grace has been known to do scary faces too. It could just be the fact that since Pandora can shapeshift, she takes full advantage of it to convey feelings, and probably exaggerates somewhat as well.
Guess you can't say "shapeshift" without spelling "apeshit".

Wow, I didn't expect that.

5 hours ago, mlooney said:OK, we need to make a raid on TVTropes1 and remove all "Big Bad" references for Pandora.
I'm with you. Let's start the "Get Pandora
to wear a bikiniout of the Big Bad role fund!". -
10 hours ago, hkmaly said:It wasn't brightest idea, but they didn't told him MUCH.
They established Elliot as the only one with a real connection with the only real-life superhero known. That's the exact same thing Mr. Verres said Justin did wrong.

39 minutes ago, Cpt. Obvious said:Wow. That will require several buckets of popcorn.
*honk*
Make that several buckets plus one of popcorn.

1 hour ago, WillikaKillika said:Would you rather give yourself a coke or receive a coke from thyself?
That depends of who's the most likely to pay their debts: It may be alright if it's me, but I don't trust myself.

1 hour ago, WillikaKillika said:Hm, it depends on how much your glasses have been designed to hide. My glasses are blue and have large lenses so it's impossible to not notice them on my face.
I've seen people looking for their sunglasses while wearing them... You would think they'd notice the world is darker than usual ...
-
Well, they let Tensaided met Cheerleadra to guarantee he hired Elliot. With a reason like that, if Mr. Verres got wind of it he would chew their ears off.
-
Guess Pandora is going back to her old clothes... but keep the glasses. Because you can't see your own glasses. Just ask anyone that looked for them not noticing them over their own nose.
2 hours ago, ijuin said:The face looks more like Sarah to me . . .
You say it as if that would prove anything.

I, for one, wouldn't mind Pandora keeping the glasses. At all.
