      Welcome!   03/05/2016

Welcome, everyone, to the new 910CMX Community Forums. I'm still working on getting them running, so things may change.  If you're a 910 Comic creator and need your forum recreated, let me know and I'll get on it right away.  I'll do my best to make this new place as fun as the last one!

If a true bystander comes across the decoy Cheerleadra, the super heroine wouldn't be able to show off for them.

Nanase, Elliot, Grace, and Not-Tengu are all able to fly magically with their own spells (and Ellen can with copy). The government's probably got a few fliers and a few illusionists; easy enough to make someone look like Elliot and fly.

Though perhaps they should wait a few days to do it, so it doesn't seem like a reaction to what happened at the mall.

  2. I'm not too concerned at this time that magic will change the rules. I figure Tedd would reasonably quickly get people back and able to use it - considering what his power is, I'm gonna call "foreshadowed all over the place" on "it will change, Tedd will fix things, and (almost) everyone will end up happy"

So adding magic marks at random is something she rationalize, but making young teens fight a vampire isn't something the French immortals could.

I'm going to hop in the boat that thinks what they did was NOT a violation of Immortal law, but rather, something else later caused a forced reset.

I wonder how things will go now that Pandora is trying to stop her own plan?

TV Tropes has an entry on this, called "Gambit Pileup" (link omitted to avoid SAN checks). [Also, though Dan hasn't read it, there's a book I read in the Vorkosigan saga in which a villain's worst enemy was their own previous plans; I'm hoping that this will remind me of that book]

  5. I love Pandora's last expression. But just before that, the "magic changing"... Interesting. I wonder if that's inspired by the Dresden Files and how magic has changed there.

She may have to start focusing on creating individual villains as opposed to just throwing magic at a bunch of people and seeing what sticks.

I really hope we get to see what that's like. That sounds like a good-case scenario for entertainment.
