    Isn't that something that all seers will be able to do?

    What percentage of seers does past history suggest will attempt to do so, specifically seeking to expose magic far and wide?

    How many seers does that work out to with current world population, and is it really so few that they can't collectively match Pandora's marking spree?

    I think that's the convincing argument Magic needs to decide minimal changes and then no more.

    While that's true, they could ask what was the inciting incident, since if Magic wants logic, Magic must provide all the facts for the logic to be valid. After all, Arthur changed his position when provided with new information.

    I think they can cry foul at this point. They were invited her for their perspective, but so far, they've been treated as if they don't matter.

    I think this is also a valid point to bring up.

    There's no way that Voltaire didn't expect any of this.

    His first plan to kill Elliot and traumatize Tedd failed, Plan CM was also to manipulate Tedd, so what better way to do so than to have it revealed to him that his dream of making magic public is doomed and believe that the WoM is a real jerk, then get Pandora close to Tedd, then set her up to get forcibly reset, and then top off the fact that the WoM is a jerk by having it be the one that tells Tedd that Pandora was reset.

    How could Voltaire predict that specific chain of events?

Then someone noted that they had the oldest 'ordinary' housing building in the entire region still standing, probably because inner Copenhagen burned down with depressing regularity during the pre-renaissance period. So they wrote about this in a folder for tourists.

    The problem was that the French version of this stated that this was Copenhagen's oldest 'maison ordinaire.' Which unfortunately in French is used as a euphemism for brothel. Not quite what was intended.

    Cultural and language barriers strike again!

    Does magic want to draw out the argument so that it can be sure of considering all possible details?

    Or is magic just waiting for an "answer" that matches what it wanted to do anyway?

    It has a flair for the dramatic, I'll assume it's drawing out the debate for extra drama.

Still it's true that the comic has largely revolved around Magic and maybe when this Sister 3 is done and the aftermath dealt with, Dan might shift to some more sci-fi stuff.

    But we're still calling them Main 8 since they're the 8 Edward is willing to share info with.

    Yeah. The main 8 distinction is becoming less and less important, particularly with Diane's and Ashley's ascension.
