Quickly finished it just because I like it!

You'd think the simplicity of Dan's faces would make them easy to draw but I have so much trouble making them look reasonable! Sydney was so much easier despite being way more complicated.
Anyway, I'm just showing off really - practicing drawing poses - here you go:
/
I kind of had in mind a small swarm of Susan fairies to match the Halo of orbs Sydney should have but I keep forgetting that being small doesn't mean each one isn't a full human figure that needs doing. They take forever for such a small amount of screen space.
Does anyone else around here draw? It would be nice to have some company!

6 hours ago, HarJIT said:Inflammable means able to be inflamed (in the sense of set on fire), which is in turn taken more or less straight from Latin.
Problem is that the Latin prefix in has two different meanings, so we're talking about the other one here.
It's teresting how fluenced our language is by latin.

Oh yeah? I just read that cartoon as "uh, heterosexuality added to female form ... attracted to male ... awkward ... back off quick ..." in keeping with his comment two frames later (I'll stay male. It has less potential awkwardness). I thought "There's another way to make you stay female" was a forgotten piece of lore gathering dust on a shelf.

Does it count as a slay if I do not alter any of the text, or any of the pictures, or the chronological order of them, but it _implies_ something different?
Ugh - I should have used a vertical format - I have to click on it 3 times to make it zoom in enough to read!

Susan. Definitely Susan. She's like an intelligent, snarky Elliot, and ...

At least tell me you offered Ashley a chance to carve the roast Elliot at the table

And enough strength to defeat something so powerful it thought it was a god - she'd unkink your back all the way out of your chest by mistake

On the other hand, Giant Pigs will no longer need to overeat to prevent their enchantment going away, which is a major plus for the environment!

All this talk of dramatic hipsters in the commentary. I now picture the will of magic as a tall man with a flowing black opera cloak, lined in red. As he ends his final pronouncement on the future of magic he spins to face the camera, the cloak swirling around behind him, revealing his tank top and jeans.

So, if Nanase can perform unequal clothing swaps (hair bands for shirts), and lives in a world seemingly a little overloaded with vampires, then I think if I was here I'd have a suit of armour in a wardrobe somewhere and spend my life wearing half a dozen bracelets ...

It was used because alcohol makes you _feel_ warm, not because it actually was warm.

I'm home and decided to have some fun with this one.
It's my first drawing with Clip Studio and I would do things differently if I tried again, but it was a fun learning excercise.
Feathers take sooooo long to draw!

I wonder if the diamond would think being under a "calm" spell constituted being "cursed" ?

Well, those are interesting comments ... I never even considered sirleck here ... I instantly assumed that was not actually Ellen.
After all, we know how many people who can look like Ellen if they want to? I'm sure some of the vampires could handle it!
Edit: I'm gonna call it. That's Francine the janitor, currently possessed by a vampire.

Awww, thanks. But it's because I can't draw that I'm practicing
1 hour ago, Pharaoh RutinTutin said:I thought the nick name meant a strong preference for Stud rather than Draw Poker.
I ... um ... don't even know what the difference is ... but now I'm imagining a strip poker variant that involves a transformation gun

I'm on the road and only have a tiny notebook and a silly pencil to draw with, but I felt Diane slowly becoming a main character deserved some sort of recognition. Her pupils are nearly as big as the pencil lead. It's hard drawing small.
Anyway, here we have Diane, with a summoned lance, sitting on Tara. I regret not making the lance glow.
I thought the griffin would be hard to draw, but nope. Seems I'm quite good at griffins. Diane, though ... I couldn't figure out what her old outfit would look like sitting down, her head is 2 sizes too big, and her pose is WAY out. And I think she's been hitting the donuts. I might try again when I get home and do a better one.
(FYI Tara is based on the one that is just about to get hit with a soccer ball while chasing Cheerleadra, but I couldn't make it look right with Dan's style of wing so I made my own up)

I also note that our glowing-sword-summoning friend has a twin sister ... perhaps if she cannot be turned to the dark side ...

That's a lot of fan art of computer game characters I don't know anything about, but I like the trees!
