The difference between a Destroyer and Cruiser is mission, not size now. There are cruisers that are smaller than the larger destroyers. -

Not quite exactly at ministerial level, but the idea that them using nukes would be a bad thing has been mentioned by several governments, some of which have nukes. France (!) has been the most vocal about it. -
I drink a lot of "Breakfast essentials" which are chocolate milk with added vitamins and minerals,. But they come in 8oz packages, so I normally do 2 at a time. That's 440 calorie, out of the 2000 I have doctors orders to eat every day.

Destroyers are a lot bigger today than they were in WWII. This is what the wiki says about their biggest 2. Yeah, most groups do. For good or ill, my current group tends towards be combat heavy. Not quite murder hobos but most problems are solved with sword and eldritch blast.

The have more functional air craft carriers than Russia right now. And most ASW is done with helicopters now. -

I would have bet money, granted not a lot, that the "WH40K" version of "Glued my balls to my butthole again" was done by humans. Would have lost that bet. I'm forced to assume that all versions of that song are AI.

The more they claim "red lines" and don't do any thing about them, the more some people in western intelligence agencies think they really don't have nukes any more. Not enough to ignore the possibility, but enough to make people go hmmm. -
