"Occasional thunderstorms likely to continue through 1 pm." Weather Underground. Oh joy of joys.

And it's thunder storming again. Knees aren't telling me about it, but that might be due to the pain meds I took when I got up for my headache. Not gurntled.

"The Human got up late, but seems to be doing OK. I'm doing my morning run and jump! This is the far end of the track, then I burst into the living room and get on the book case. Then repeat a few time!" - Explorer the Cat.

Changing Medications (Level of Trust Required) (Content TV-MA)

I'm gonna try adding 200 mg of caffeine to my morning drug load to see if it helps with ADHD. With my 3 mugs of tea that puts me just a little over the FDA recommend max dose. The bottle of pills was cheap enough that I'll not feel bad if I have to stop taking it. And yeah, I know what it might do to pulse rate, however caffeine doesn't seem to have a stimulation effect on me mainly do to the ADHD -

For the 1st time I've been checking Blood Ox level I had "normal" (98) with normal pulse rate (52). Hope this keeps up. -
I have a headache. Not a migraine, just a headache. However it's not responding to drugs. I'll give it an hour and if doesn't get better I'll get up anyway. Bleh, not gruntled.

Sabaton and The Warning have some in their native language but all I've seen of "Shut up and Kiss me" has been in English. Of course they are a cover band. None of them really mumble but Sabaton is some times hard to hear, but that goes with being power metal.

I seem to have a thing for bands that native language isn't English. 3 of my top 5 bands aren't. "The Warning", (Spanish) "Shut up and Kiss me" (Romanian), "Sabaton" (Swedish). Of course "Blue Oyster Cult" and "REO Speedwagen" native language is English.

It thunder stormed last night. Woke me up. It's raining now and my knees are telling me all about it. Forecast to end at 9:30. About that time my pain drugs will be kicking in and I should have a less painful morning. Here's hoping.

"The Human is moving at the normal time today. Which means I need to plot out my day. Not sure what I'm gonna do. Help him on the desk for sure, and of course napping, but other than that my day is open" - Explorer the Cat.
