That is my least favorite version of winter weather. That combines the worst of all the kinds of precipitation. Good luck and I hope you don't have to drive after it stops or that your city sand/salts quickly.

The chair came with 3 spare screws, one of each length , As I was putting the card with the hardware away I noticed that I didn't put the washers on the screws. Sigh. Remove the screws one at a time and put the washers on. LFMF.

I got my new chair assembled. It was not as a big of a pain in the ass as I recall the last one being. Now I I'll find out if the garbage people will take the old one if I put it next to the garbage car on the curb. I hope so.
Looking at the two chair, I think one of the reasons this one was easier to assembled is due to the fact that the back is shorter making it less unwieldy

Before. He left during the flashback to when Arthur was talking to him and Tedd about the lab, which took place before the party.

Yeah. The proof that we don't have time travel is, well, we don't have time travel.

Yeah, it's clever but you don't always want clever in your "music".

That's more or less what happened here. There is still a little snow on the ground, but the streets and sidewalks are slick as snot.

That is one of those things that an automatic language translator would have problems with.

Right, why bother? If it isn't satisfactory, you can always go back and suggest an alternate ending to the author.
Be careful that you don't create a unstable time loop doing that!

I get disability for it. Among other things.

She must be confused by me. I've always been a stay a home person for her. She doesn't understand "retired" or "disability".

Thawed chicken. Granted it took the MythBusters 3 tries to find out that.

My memory is shot so I wasn't sure when the last time someone said that, and I didn't feel like reading archives. And this forum has no search option.

They tried, but the pigeons couldn't take the jet engines being strapped to them.

Well, as someone will point out, so it might as well be me, we are all time travelers. Just one way and at a 1:1 ratio.

I have to use GoodRx to get a decent price, but the pharmacy he called it into wants over $60 for it on GoodRx, whereas the usual pharmacy he calls it into wants just over $25 on GoodRx. Go figure.
That bites.

FedEx just changed the status of my chair from "On Time" to "Delayed". I suspect that I'm not getting it until Monday because I don't think FedEx Home delivers on Sundays. Less than thrilled about this.

5 hours ago, ProfessorTomoe said:I have to sort out a mess my doctor left me with at the pharmacy. He called in my oxycodone to the wrong damned pharmacy.
Is going to the pharmacy he called it in to a major hassle? Of course try to get it corrected before the next time, but I would go the one he called it into this time. Of course in Oklahoma and Kansas you would not have this problem as schedule II drugs can't be "called in". You get a paper script and you haul it to the pharmacy your self. And it's for a max of 30 days. Was a major hassle when I was on Adderall.

Weird Al is best taken in small doses. Some of his stuff on his albums is just tweaked polka and I'm not really fond of polka.
