  2. This could  be trouble.

"We view the laws of physics more as polite suggestions" is a reality incompatible with "I cannae change the laws of physics, Captain."

Carried to a logical extreme, this may indicate that the canon of EGS is fundamentally opposed to the universe of Star Trek.

    If this is true...

Are we sure Susan can not have another major angst induced awakening?

No, the tattoo appears on the back of her neck.  Or rather it will appear on the back of her neck.  It will form and indicate her Diocese as soon as she is ordained a Bishop.

Ah, I love it when smart characters miss the obvious answers. It's always amusing to see their reactions when someone else points it out for them. :D

Without any equipment, we were trying to lower an old upright piano on casters about four feet from the stage to the house floor.  The suggestions for how we should proceed just kept getting wilder.  And we could not risk damaging the instrument.

Finally, some kid pointed out that the stage door opened directly to an alley with no steps.  The alley sloped to the sidewalk with no steps.  The theatre lobby door opened to the sidewalk with no steps.  There were no steps from the lobby into the house.  And the aisle in the house from the lobby door to the stage had no steps.

I think my expression was very similar to that of Nanase in the last panel.

  5. Comic fans have long obsessed over technical details that comic writers and editors will just dismiss.
I remember a silver age Superman comic where artist Curt Swan drew himself into the story and became a raving fan-boy when he saw Clark change into the  Super Suit.

"How do you keep the cape from bunching up under your regular clothes?  How..."

    "Because I'm Superman.  That's how."

If comic artists, writers, and editors could give free reign to their inner detail crazed fans, more comics would end up like EGS.

  6. Agree

Rugby 7s has nearly all the intensity of the traditional ball games like Football, Fútbol, Ausie Football, or Rugby.   But the games are short enough that teams can play multiple games in a few days allowing for tournaments that last a weekend.  Not a month like the World Cup or half the year like the NFL.

  8. Being something of an expert on the subject of coming back from the dead, I must commend the administrators on the prompt rebuild.

Ever since that guy in Jerusalem performed the celebrated "Back from the dead on the third day" trick, it seems like EVERYBODY wants to be buried with quick rise yeast.  Why when I was in charge, we planned on keeping the bodies preserved for millennia before giving them a jump start.  Two weeks "dead" is barely a nap in my experience.

Also, it looks to me like the editing tools are fairly straightforward.  So I'm not sure I understand the earlier comments in this thread.  Unless, of course, additional changes have been made in the last three days.
